The newly purchased property required an extensive refurbishment program. The concrete floor slabs had ‘dished’ causing the racking to tilt.

Hogarth’s injected 2560m2 of floor slab, lifting it back to a working tolerance, in places up to 170mm of lift.

The project was completed within five weeks, on time, within budget and reduced that section of the refurbishment program by months.

We can work inside a fully operational warehouse treating one aisle at a time. Following the injection the area can be trafficked immediately, the stock can remain in place on the racks as we just need access to the slab.
